What Made You Decide to Attend UMD?
I decided to attend UMD because I really liked how pretty the campus was and how even though it is a large school, you can make it feel smaller. Plus, UMD has an amazing engineering school with lots of opportunities to get involved in clubs and extracurricular activities. I came in as undecided on what engineering discipline I wanted to pursue, so having a lot of options was important to me. Visiting UMD sealed the deal because it felt like home.

Best Experience with a Class or Project
My best experience with a project was in my first class of the QUEST (Quality Enhancement Systems & Teams) Honors Program. I had never worked on such a high functioning team and it was exciting to build on a project with everyone's unique skills and backgrounds.

                    Favorite Class
                    ENES220: Mechanics II

                    Involvements/Extracurricular Activities
I am involved in Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Alpha Omega Epsilon (Professional Engineering Sorority), QUEST Social, and QUEST Corporate.

                    Favorite On-Campus Event
My favorite on-campus event is Maryland Day!

                    Research/Study Abroad Experience
Personally, I am not involved in a research lab but I love hearing what my friends are working on in their labs!

                    Cool Engineering Experience
I was able to participate in an IBM Case Competition.
